As we will not provide any replacement or exchange, if you received any damaged or defective products, you should inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product to raise a return request.

Once we approve the return, you should send back the product to the address from which it came to process the refund.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
