At one9.site, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

  • As we will not provide any replacement or exchange, if you received any damaged or defective products, you should inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product to raise a return request.

  • Once we approve the return, you should send back the product to the address from which it came to process the refund.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons. Such exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
